Ballet of travelling trolleys, Petra Goldmann, Ingelheim, Container harbour, Mainz, Germany
Project within Luminale 2006. The kinetic lighting installation illuminates the long-distance visibility, sculptural quality of the 25 metre high crabs in the container harbour. By means of light, colour and movement this industrial site is transformed into a poetic, futuristic landscape in which shining giants come alive.
